Making Software

Making software to suit an established industry means following certain rules. You have to be sure that new functionality works with existing sites. This means that the site will not change, unless the new functionality is enabled in the control panel. A product that evolves with advantages to the market helps users make more sales.

Our approach is to craft a very efficent back-end (database) system that retains a level of flexibility and enables customisation via a graphic control panel or dashboard. The idea is that you can see and immediately control the performance of your listings. And lock in domain security so only the agency can publish and modify the site listings.

Clarity and presentation are key to creating listings that buyers will respond to, we all know the value of a good photograph, and slideshow presentations or clickable galleries are just two of our options for visual presentation. Multiple videos and specialised formats (such as 360 degree views, interactive walk throughs and drone footage) may all be part of the mix.

We know how important it is that the presentation of a site can be easily changed, or how you may benefit from alternative presentations. For example for first time a prospect views a property or when a buyer returns. Plus a system to track the performance of each presentation. This is commonly called A/B testing.
